FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders to commercial and residential locations.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping. We do deliver to postal forwarding companies within the USA that handle international shipments.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
At the moment we only offer shipping to the continental 48 contiguous states in the USA. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Protectorates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Once you place an order with us we will send you a confirmation email with a delivery tracking link within 24 hours upon placing your order. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail. If delivery is delayed for any other reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We work with a variety of different freight shipping carriers that are able to deliver to residential and commercial locations. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Shipping options include:

"Curb-side" Pickup: This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep at no extra cost.

Threshold Shipping: The item will be brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area. Extra fees may apply.

White Glove Delivery - The item will be brought into your home, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Extra fees may apply. Saunas will not be assembled.
