Returns and Refunds
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are liable for any delivery costs through any returns and exchange processes.
Orders may not be eligible for cancellation whenever they have gone in transport. We sometimes deliver our items direct from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This is dependent upon the situation; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Contact us at 1-877-770-1231, Support@BargainPowerOutlet.com, or the live chat feature on the bottom right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and make note to the delivery carrier if the item is faulty, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You are able to refuse the delivery as well. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of the damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description to Support@BargainPowerOutlet.com within 24 hours and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. We cannot guarantee you will get a replacement/missing part at no additional cost if reported outside of the time frame.
Custom Orders / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom or made to order items. These orders cannot be canceled or refunded after a certain time frame as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. All sales are final for Custom and made-to-order products.
Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We are immediately responsive. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together through communication.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Thank you for shopping with us!
Disclaimer
When you purchase from Bargain Power Outlet, you are acknowledging this Delivery Agreement:
- I understand I must inspect my package upon delivery and note damages on the delivery slip and send photos to Bargain Power Outlet within 24 hours of delivery.
- I understand that if I want to return my product it must be in the original packaging and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
- I understand I am liable for the original and return cost of shipping for a return. I understand I will have to pay for shipping for the event of an exchange request.
- I understand the return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer and restocking fees may cost 25% or more of the product cost.
- Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis due to manufacturers' return policies vary. Some manufacturers may require a restocking fee, and some manufacturers will not permit us to return a product.
- I understanding that shipping dates provided are estimates and are subject to change at any time and for any reason.
- I understand and agree that I will not file a chargeback for an order delay. I will contact Bargain Power Outlet if I would like to change or cancel my order.
