Refund policy

It's easy to return an item. Simply contact us. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Product must be in the original packaging and unused within 30 days from order date. An additional 25% restocking fee may occur. Returns and Refunds

If you need to exchange your product, please contact us. You, as the customer, are liable for any delivery costs through for any returns and exchanges. Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse.

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation whenever they have gone in transport. We sometimes deliver our items direct from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and make note to the delivery carrier if the item is faulty, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You are able to refuse the delivery as well. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of the damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description and order details to Support@BargainPowerOutlet.com within 24 hours and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Custom Orders / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom or made to order items. These orders cannot be canceled or refunded after a certain time frame as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please contact us. All sales are final for Custom and made-to-order products.

 

Chargebacks

Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We are immediately responsive. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together through communication. Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft and the debt will be reported to collections. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Thank you for shopping with us!
