Warranties don't cover transporting issues, only for issues that occur over time and from use. It is your obligation to completely assess the product you get and report any harm within 24 hours upon shipment. Assuming that there is significant harm, you have the right to decline the shipment. Regardless, you can record on the driver's duplicate of the Bill of Replenishing any shipment issues or unaccounted for pieces. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
