What is your cancellation policy?
Almost all orders can be generally cancelled for 100% refund before shipment if contacted within the cancellation time window (Debit/Credit Card payments are subject to a 2.9% return fee). How do I place an order?
You can order online by hitting "Add to Cart" on your desired item, hit the cart icon on the top right of the page, and hit "Checkout." Enter your shipping/billing information to complete checkout. Order confirmation will be sent immediately to your email and your order will be processed immediately during business hours as well. How do I know when my orders ships?
After orders are placed, an order confirmation email immediately will be sent with your order details. You will be notified with a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped from the warehouse. If an item is sold out due to high demand, you will be notified within one business day.
Is it possible to change my order?
Orders can only be changed before shipping. We recommend calling us immediately at 1-877-770-1231 to request an order change.
How long is order handling/shipping times?
We will email you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. It usually takes 1-2 business days for handling, and 3-10 business days for shipping depending on the brand.
